New Creative Outlets

Writing newsletters and creating visual vlogs on YouTube have been incredibly fulfilling for me. I’ve really been appreciating the process of learning new skills [filming - editing - writing] while simultaneously being able to develop my own style and voice through these creative works. Both are new endeavors— but these longer form platforms have allowed the space for me to create more freely and express my thoughts on a deeper, more personal level with you all. So, thank you for being here on this creative journey with me.

I’m currently reading Rick Rubin’s book The Creative Act: A Way of Being. It’s all about creative work and how creativity is something inherent in all of us. It’s a book that helps to ground me— reminding me to trust myself and my creative process in the work I’m doing. If that resonates at all, I hope it can do that for you too.
